Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be joining our talented UK R&D Team as a QA Engineer. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of software testing to contribute to the development of next-generation web applications, driving our products to the next level.
Main Tasks
1. Design, plan, and execute effective test plans to ensure high-quality product delivery.
2. Establish and maintain a tailored QA process that aligns with the product's needs.
3. Maintain close engagement with our high-speed development process, adjusting test cases accordingly to meet ongoing delivery requirements.
4. Collaborate with other development teams on design, implementation, testing, and documentation aspects.
5. Engage early in the product development process with product owners to enhance product specifications.
6. Provide expertise to guide decision-making about the final product, identifying potential problem areas such as error handling.

1. Excellent team player with ability to explain QA processes to new team members.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Passionate about QA and development processes.
4. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Capacity to adapt quickly to evolving requirements due to product constraints or business needs.
6. Demonstrable experience in testing web applications.
7. Fast learner with ability to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
8. Familiarity with web application testing tools.
9. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA preferred).
10. Experience with CI/CD processes.
11. Experience working with APIs and tools like Postman.
12. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
13. Experience using testing documentation tools like Zephyr.
14. Experience in writing testing documents (STP, STD, STR).
