THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company, with a structured development program aimed towards a future Project Management role.
Key Responsibilities
12. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
13. Communicate with clients to identify project requirements, and update them on progress.
14. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
15. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
16. Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
17. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
18. Support the project management team in the delivery of projects.
19. Attend and contribute to project meetings and provide detailed updates on project progress.

Preferred Requirements
26. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
27. Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
28. Experience within Oil & Gas Fabrication or Manufacturing
