As Assistant Technical Manager, reporting to the technical leadership team, you will be responsible for the governance of the quality management system to ensure the delivery of best-in-class products while striving for continuous improvement in line with the company’s values. You will play a key role in enabling Operational Excellence through quality compliance and supporting quality performance across the site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Quality Management Systems, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. A strong understanding of audit processes, HACCP, and quality standards is essential. You will need excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel and Word.
