Community Development and Marketing Manager
25 hours up to 37.5 hours available.

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities through a variety of methods including networking events and community-based activities.
* Support with enquiries and other lead generation strategies.
* Develop community engagement, PR and marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders.
* Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
* Source, prepare and distribute press releases with support from Right at Home UK National Office.
* Organise community/PR events.
* Support the business in the planning and delivery of a wide range of engagement activities.
* As part of the office team, you will participate in an on-call system to provide support during out of office hours.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years experience of community development including event arrangement.
* A minimum of two years experience in marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail.
* Creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate and execute new ideas.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships.
* A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Due to the nature of the role and duties involved, applicants must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
