What we’re looking for We are looking for a person to work with our CTO to realise the technical strategy at Torchbox and enable the technical team to deliver high quality, innovative technical solutions which represent excellent value for money to our charity and public sector clients. There is an additional profit share scheme. The application process The closing date for this role is 22nd January 2025. The application process will consist of 3 stages, these will be: Submit your CV and a covering letter demonstrating your expertise 30-minute screening interview, held remotely. We will ask you about your background and interest in the role and you’ll get a chance to learn more about Torchbox. A 90 to 120 minute final stage interview, held remotely, with around 4 members of the Torchbox team. We will delve more into your experience and skills and ask you to spend around 20 minutes on a presentation or task we have specified to you in advance. There will be time for you to ask questions.
