Role Overview: As a supply teacher, you’ll step into various classrooms across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping schools maintain continuity and uphold the standards that lead to strong Ofsted outcomes. In each placement, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment that supports both student engagement and safeguarding. Every school you work with provides a well-resourced, supportive setting, empowering you to make a measurable difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across subjects according to the school’s timetable
* Manage behaviour effectively, supporting each school’s ethos and Ofsted expectations for positive learning environments
* Keep students on track with curriculum goals, contributing to the school’s overall success
* Provide feedback to Heads of Department, supporting continuous improvement and student progression
* Prioritise safeguarding with vigilance, aligning with both KCSIE and school safeguarding protocols
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Classroom experience (multi-subject teaching experience is advantageous)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills that support high standards
* Driving licence highly advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
