An exciting opportunity is now available to join Network Services Division as a Quality and Safety Facilitator.
Working closely with the Directorate Teams, Heads of Nursing and Divisional Governance Manager, the successful candidate will support the Network Services Directorate in the co-ordination and delivery of governance and quality across the Division; supporting the Directorate Management Teams and Speciality Teams to implement the Trust's Governance and Quality agenda, including the Trust Risk Management and Assurance Strategy.
To support the delivery of a robust governance and quality framework which ensures that systems for learning and improvement are in place, effective and monitored.
1. Co-ordinate the Directorate's response to all requirements in relation to external accreditation, inspection and review.
2. To be a point of contact for the Directorate providing Governance and Quality support and advice when required.
3. To support with developing systems and processes to monitor and improve outcomes in line with the Quality and Governance Agenda.
4. To support the Service Line Management structure to ensure that Governance and Quality are fully integrated into the Directorate objectives.
