Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and office supplies management.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
* Oversee facilities management, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning for the team.
* Assist in budget management and monitor office expenses.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administration.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
