Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Strategy : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization. Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to fill current and future job openings. Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and role requirements. Sourcing : Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and social media. Attend and host job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities. Candidate Experience : Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient experience throughout the hiring process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and address any queries or concerns. Onboarding : Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Assist in the development and improvement of company recruitment policies and processes. Reporting & Metrics : Maintain recruitment databases and produce regular recruitment metrics and reports. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team members, and external partners. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarking.
