Admin Assistant Vacancy - Commercial Tyre Retailer Milton Keynes Basic Salary: £28,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (flexible) No Weekends Training and development Our client is a Commercial Tyre Retailer based just outside of Milton Keynes with good transport links from Leighton Buzzard and Luton. They're currently on the lookout for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team. Admin Assistant Responsibilities: Assist Senior accounts in all aspects of administration Invoicing, processing payments, and chasing outstanding debts to ensure timely collections. Accurately input and manage customer orders, ensuring stock availability and timely dispatch. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing efficient and professional responses. Maintain accurate records of transactions, stock levels, and customer details. Admin Assistant Requirements: Previous experience of administration. Motor Trade knowledge is advantageous but not essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
