We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client on a temp basis. The role involves providing essential finance and administrative duties within an office environment. This is a full-time position and the role requires on-site presence as it supports business activities directly.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Responsible for purchase ledger duties
* Matching, batching, and coding high volumes of invoices on a daily basis
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Raising purchase orders
* Bank reconciliations
* General administration duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience of using Sage would be advantageous
* Capable of managing a full workload and prioritizing tasks effectively
