Main duties of the job You will be responsible for responding to high volumes of inbound calls professionally, quickly and effectively following policies and procedures, providing a fast, accurate and effective patient telephone service, effectively answer all types of calls from patients, hospitals, emergency services, pharmacys, booking appointments via our booking system and providing an efficient and courteous telephone service and dealing efficiently with all enquiries.
