Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development executive to work on advertising and marketing and develop and grow our R&D Claims Support Services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and positioning Kanbir Solutions Ltd as a leader in the field.
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with potential clients to promote R&D Claims Support Services.
* Advertise, Market, Develop and implement business development strategies to meet growth targets.
* Lead generation and develop the sales and marketing plan.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
* Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the R&D space.
* Represent Kanbir Solutions Ltd at networking events and industry conferences.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field.
* Strong understanding of R&D tax credits and claims processes (preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid right to work in the UK.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years in sales and marketing industry
* Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
* Strong negotiation skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* CRM experience is preferred
