Contracts Manager
Our client specialises in foundation services, including mini-piling, piling, underpinning, and restricted access piling, providing expert solutions for the construction industry across the South East and the UK.
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Specialist Foundations Team in Hertfordshire. This dynamic role involves managing and coordinating foundation projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering groundworks, piling, underpinning, and new foundation projects to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks or piling and be comfortable with regular travel across the UK.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of specialist foundation projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Conduct site visits nationwide to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards.
Manage site teams, ensuring health and safety compliance and efficient workflows.
Provide guidance and support to site personnel, fostering a collaborative environment.
Collaborate with the Head Office team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate project records, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges proactively.
Participate in training programmes to build expertise in specialist foundation techniques.Contracts Manager
Requirements:
CSCS card (minimum requirement).
Experience in groundworks, including piling, underpinning, and new foundations (preferred).
Full UK driving licence.
Categories BE and/or C1 driving licence (not essential).
Knowledge of specialist foundation works.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK as part of the role.
