As a Lead Test Engineer, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of the applications we create. You will be self-driven and organized and will have the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects with complex challenges within a unique space. Responsibilities:
* Design & develop robust and scalable test frameworks using modern technologies and best practices.
* Get involved in the entire software development life cycle from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, development, & UX.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers contributing to the overall team’s growth.

We are looking for:
* Experience as a QA/Test Engineer with a focus on automated tooling (Cypress, Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, Molecule, JMeter).
* Familiarity with CICD, containerization, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Ansible).
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, ideally with some experience in agile methodologies.
Security clearance:
You must be British to obtain this clearance. You should already hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance or relevant clearance in line with the role. Our team can guide you through the process.
