Amazon is currently looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking and analytical Sr. Program Manager to join the Amazon Worldwide Fulfillment (AWF) Team within the Global Logistics organization. The AWF Team is dedicated to building, managing and operating a global logistics network that enables B2C cross-border shipments to customers anywhere in the world, cost-effectively.
The role represents a critical function with AWF to continuously improve the service levels, capacities, and costs of our EU/UK to Rest of the World Exports network to ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers across the world.
Key Job Responsibilities
Lead and optimize EU/UK Export programs, balancing customer needs with business objectives and driving innovation and strategic changes in cross-border operations. The ideal candidate will assess priorities for customers and our business, act decisively, and spearhead transformative initiatives. You'll identify growth opportunities, manage key performance indicators, optimize supply chain network configurations, and conduct deep dives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in a rapidly evolving global e-commerce landscape.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Work with multiple cross-functional teams to drive and execute decisions that improve the experience (Cost/Speed/On-time delivery/Capacity) for our Cross Border customers.
2. Deliver KPIs defined for destination service, including root cause analysis, solution design, and implementation.
3. Support AWF's Peak Readiness Plans to ensure stable and reliable operations during peak periods (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.).
4. Drive overall destination service strategy for EU/UK Exports.
5. Manage internal support teams and build processes and mechanisms to enable scalable and flexible operations.
6. Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
7. Gather and analyze data to help drive business decisions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in program management, preferably in logistics/supply chain/transportation/e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
