Document Controller / Project Administrator / Project Office Manager URGENT My client is delivering one of the most contemporary and quite frankly stunning commercial refurbishment and fit out contracts in Glasgow and they immediately require a Document Controller or project office manager who can pull together and coordinate project drawing and administrative elements. Duties include: Document management, registering drawings on document database and distributing them to relevant project team members. Not essential to have experience with, however you will be introduced to working with the commercial team on procurement administration, materials ordering, logistics, and ensuring project Health and safety files and admin are up to date. This is initially a 6-9 months temp contract, however there is a distinct possibility this project will move into further phases moving into the new year and the term of the contract be extended considerably, for the right individual. The team on this project are fantastic, I have been working with both this client for many many years and this project team closely since it commenced and it really is a great working environment. the role will suit someone who is organised, a good coordinator, who enjoys the cut and thrust and pace of a busy construction office.
