Procurement Administrator Overview: Our Procurement Administrator will be responsible for purchasing materials and equipment at our Worcester Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing: Raise purchase orders for equipment and materials following the agreed ordering processes. Review the costs of materials purchased to ensure that these comply with the company’s cost criteria, maximizing savings to the company. Monitor Procurement inbox and ensure all items are actioned. Maintain up-to-date lists of suppliers and pricing arrangements to ensure that the company achieves the most favorable commercial terms. Monitor the costs of required items against the targets before purchasing. Order weekly PPE for sites and update the distribution log, including maintaining stock levels at Worcester Head office. Update weekly and monthly spend reports and issue to the Board of Directors. Complete the supplier performance log with any issues or feedback. Regular price comparisons on areas of the business chosen by the Procurement Lead to ensure the company is saving money where possible. What You’ll Need: Proven Experience in Administration or a Similar Role. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Exceptional Attention to Detail. Strong Organisational Skills. Effective Communication Skills. This is an office-based role and would require the successful Procurement Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
