As the New Business Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth in the NHS sector. Your role will focus on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while collaborating with our expert technical team to deliver impactful solutions.
Engage & Influence - Build trusted relationships with NHS decision-makers, understanding their pain points and aligning them with our cutting-edge Microsoft automation solutions.
Consultative Selling - Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate complex digital transformation challenges.
End-to-End Ownership - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution design to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer success.
Strategic Growth - Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Collaboration & Insight - Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery) to refine solutions based on customer feedback and emerging NHS trends.
Stay Ahead of the Curve - Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Microsoft automation, and NHS Digital Transformation initiatives.
What we're looking for:
We need someone with a proven track record of selling into the NHS or similar sectors, who understands the landscape and can hit the ground running.
Sales Expertise - Experience in growing and managing customer accounts within the NHS or a related industry.
Technical Know-How - Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft Automation, or similar Digital Automation solutions.
Consultative Approach - Ability to understand complex business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
Exceptional Communication - Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Resilience & Drive - A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a hunger for success.
UK Driving License - Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
