Supply Chain Coordinator The Portland Hospital, Great Portland Street, London Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, 0800-1630 Permanent Up to £27,488 per annum We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team based at The Portland Hospital. This role is vital in providing a high quality Materials Management Service to The Portland Hospital. Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. What you’ll do: Day to day responsibility for the efficient running of the materials management needs for the allocated Inventories To co-ordinate the day to day management of stock control functions Liaise and communicate with staff regarding their requirements for goods and services To manage departmental product Invoice approval and payments Quarterly Cycle counts must be conducted, recorded and filed for audit compliance Conduct End of Year Stock take to Inventories and follow Best Practice before any stock adjustments are made To provide monthly statistical information to the Materials Manager and the Chief Financial Officer on high value product usage including prosthesis and loan equipment To undertake any other task necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Materials Service as required by the Materials Manager What you’ll bring: Previous experience in Materials management is essential Working towards a Purchasing Qualification would be desirable Experience in Supply Chain within a healthcare environment Computer literate Excellent communication skills Why HCA UK?
