We are so proud of what we do, and we know you will be to. Our staff are key to making the Hospice the incredible place it is. And you could be part of that.
With a rich, diverse history, which began back in 1979 with our founders, we've been making a difference ever since.
Today our free care supports 2,000 local people and their families, in Herts and Bucks. We truly are a community hospice
- built and funded by the community, to serve the community.
Our Volunteering Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering volunteering objectives of the charity. With over 1200 volunteers, you will look after our biggest workforce, supported by the People Services Team.
The Volunteering Manager will work proactively with teams across the Hospice to deliver our people strategy. Ensuring the inclusion, engagement, diversity, impact and value of volunteers is recognised and celebrated throughout the charity.

You will line manage the People Team Administrators and Volunteers of the People Services team, providing advice, support and guidance on all aspects of volunteering.
