Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Altrincham, Manchester Reporting to: Senior Digital Marketing Executive Working for Banner Banner Ltd is the UK’s leading supplier of school uniform and sportswear, renowned for its high level of service, product choice, quality, and year-round stock availability. We are an ambitious team of c.360 people across two business divisions: wholesale and retail, and work with an extensive network of retail/e-tail/online partners. Our Wholesale business is located across 3 sites, Trowbridge (HQ), Altrincham and Seaham. Our Retail business is headquartered in superb offices close to Altrincham town centre and has around 40 office and store locations around the country. Banner is private equity owned and has invested considerable resources in developing the leading digital offer in our market. As a result, we have an ambitious digital change agenda, stewarded by a Digital Advisory Board and strong sponsorship from our CEO. We are implementing CRM across all our business and have partnered with Gravitai as our external development partner. Summary of this position A year ago, we invested in digital marketing as part of our Ecommerce team and seen strong return for our investment, and we are now looking for someone to help us to continue our journey and provide support to our senior digital marketing specialist. A detailed, data driven specialist you will be responsible for building our customer data segmentation in our CRM application and supporting the setup of campaigns and reporting. Working closing with the Senior digital marketing executive and our marketing and sales team and liaising with IT where necessary to get data or test integrations or changes driven into the CRM application by the digital development team. We are planning to invest more in the team and as these plans are finessed and implemented, opportunities for your career growth will be clear. We are specifically looking for someone with unquestionable CRM skill and brilliant communication and coordination abilities, to take a pivotal role in the overall Ecommerce function in support of the Head of Ecommerce.
