Job summary
A fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly expanding team in Holywood, Co Down. We work with high profile charities throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will play an important part in helping to generate much needed funds for many great charitable causes. We have a Team Leader position available, with flexible working hours to suit all. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to help make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of fundraising agents, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team targets.
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team members' performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and additional training as needed to help them succeed.
* Motivation & Engagement: Foster a positive and motivating environment, encouraging team collaboration, recognising achievements, and addressing any concerns or challenges.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all calls adhere to the organisation's guidelines, maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism.
* Reporting: Track and report on team performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising results. Present insights and suggest improvements where necessary.
* Support: Act as the first point of contact for team members with questions or issues related to their work, escalating more complex issues to senior management.
* Training: Assist in the onboarding and training of new agents, helping them to quickly integrate into the team and understand their role.
* Administrative Tasks: Manage shift schedules, attendance records, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous leadership experience in a call centre environment, preferably in a fundraising or sales role.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage others.
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Passion: A genuine passion for charity work and the desire to make a difference.
* Technology: Proficient in using call centre software, CRM systems, and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week
