As a key member of our Service department, our Service Administrator will ensure an organised and meticulous administration service for our Service department and customers. You will prepare key documentation for all customer service and repair visits, maintain accurate and updated customer records and vehicle data, and carry out pre and post visit customer care calls to ensure an unrivalled customer experience. This is a fast paced role with a variety of learnings along the way, alongside progressive vehicle updates with a world class premium brand, so full training and support will be provided.
