Post Two Part Time, 18.5 Hours per week

You will be responsible for providing support to older and vulnerable residents, assisting them to maintain independent living in their own homes, identifying support needs and working closely with other teams within the Housing service, the wider Council, and other key organisations, to assess and deliver appropriate services.
You will ideally have experience of supporting older and vulnerable people, be well-versed in the services and assistance available for those people, able to find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record of delivering a high-quality customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience supporting older and vulnerable people.
2. Knowledge of services and assistance available for these populations.
3. Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
