Job Description :
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with management to implement operational procedures, streamline processes, and ensure the overall efficiency of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities :

* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.

* Support in onboarding new employees, including preparing their necessary equipment and software licenses.
* Organise and coordinate team events, meetings, and monthly company-wide activities.
* Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee records, time-off tracking, and scheduling.
* Help with recruitment by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
