SSAS Portfolio Training and Culture Development Manager (Ref:029)
The role can be based at any of our office locations: Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, or Wimbledon.

Role Summary
You will be responsible for providing cradle to grave SSAS portfolio training and creating a culture supported by our core values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect (PEER). You will foster a growth mindset amongst the teams, ensuring continuous improvement and development for all.
Key Accountabilities
1. Provide comprehensive SSAS portfolio training from inception to completion.
2. Foster a culture that aligns with our values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect (PEER).
3. Promote a growth mindset within the team, encouraging continuous learning and development.
4. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by attending conferences and studying relevant materials.
5. Ensure all training materials are current and comply with industry regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to SSAS portfolio management.
7. Comply with the Health & Safety Guidelines as set out in the Health & Safety Management System document.
8. Demonstrate and encourage behaviours in line with our Company Values ‘PEER’.
9. Ensure compliance with our Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Skills & Experience required
1. Presenting to industry professionals.
2. Working within set budgets.
3. Meeting face-to-face with clients to understand and address their needs.
4. Developing and running training seminars and workshops.
5. Extensive experience in the Self-Administered Pensions arena, particularly SSAS.
6. Strong understanding of the cradle to grave administration process for SSAS.
7. Proven ability to create and sustain a positive team culture aligned with organisational values.
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially in training and development contexts.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
