You will have commercial responsibility for two of their hotels in Central London, focusing on all segments but predominantly Groups and Corporate transient.
Their ideal candidate will have experience in these markets as well as existing contacts, and will need to be entrepreneurial, proactive and resourceful.

The Role of the Regional Sales Manager
Full ownership to deliver agreed managed segment budget for assigned hotels.
Responsible for full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and contracting.
Manage the hotel sales team and set the hotels sales strategy to achieve overall sales targets across all managed segments. Including (but not limited to) setting KPIs, managing performance and implementing commercial action plan.
Planning, implementing, and reviewing hotels annual Commercial Action Plan in line with agreed yearly budget.
A self-motivated, driven, results-orientated and proactive attitude is required
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
