We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a PFI project in Newcastle, ensuring business objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints.
About the Role:
* Lead day-to-day project activity in accordance with best practice and governance standards.
* Ensure all business objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints.
* Support the bid and business development process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and coordinate project resources to ensure efficient delivery.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a PFI project.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
