As a Management Accountant, you'll be the financial powerhouse behind our success, building a rock-solid understanding of our cost and resource base. With your keen eye for detail and sharp analytical skills, you'll provide invaluable support to our dynamic finance team, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced marketplace.
Get ready to forge strong relationships with budget cost centre holders, providing them with insightful business partner support that challenges costs and headcount. With your expertise, you'll drive efficiency and profitability, helping us reach new heights of financial excellence.

This is a 6 month FTC hybrid position based out of our Peterborough office.

* Crafting monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts that set the stage for our future success.
* Reconciling costs to ensure our P&L reflects the true picture of our financial health.
* Managing cost centre reports and providing invaluable challenge and insight.
* Assisting in tracking performance against KPIs, guiding our strategic decisions with accurate financial data.
* Process fixed asset transactions and manage associated costs like a pro.
* Providing ad hoc reporting and variance analysis that illuminates our path to success.
* Supporting the business with financial queries, expenditure, budget variances, and more.
* Continuously seeking to improve processes and drive efficiency across the board.
What we’d like to see from you:
* You have previous experience working within a finance role, ready to hit the ground running.
* Your numerical and financial skills are top-notch, with an ability to crunch numbers.
* You're an articulate and logical thinker, able to unravel complex financial puzzles with ease.
* Business partner experience? Check! You're ready to collaborate, challenge, and drive success across the business.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills? You've got it covered!
* Your communication and stakeholder management skills are second to none.
* You have a solid understanding of general accounting principles, ensuring accuracy and integrity in everything you do.
