* Identifying and communicating project risks and opportunities, ensuring key stakeholders are informed in a timely and effective manner.
* Producing and maintaining project health and status reports, using appropriate tools such as Power BI or other reporting platforms.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, attending planning meetings, and proactively driving progress.
* Designing and refining planning tools and reporting solutions that enhance project visibility and coordination.
* Managing the overall project portfolio and ensuring full integration with business systems.
* Supporting and contributing to a continuous improvement culture within the planning function.
What you will need to be successful in this role:

* Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies—formal qualifications such as Prince 2, APM PMQ, or equivalent experience preferred.
* Strong experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and dashboarding.
* A good amount of experience in a planning or coordination role within automotive, aerospace, motorsport, or high-precision engineering/manufacturing.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.
* Clear and respectful communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing shifting priorities.
