Working with a well-established engineering company who provide products and services for the carton, corrugated, flexible, narrow mid-web and digital packaging industry, throughout the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.
You will be providing timely and efficient machine repairs, installations and upgrades for customers.
Key Responsibilities – Electrical Field Service Engineer
Repair and installation of new machines
Relocation of existing equipment
Customer training
Preventative maintenance
Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair
Troubleshooting problems
Proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programmes
Qualifications & Experience – Electrical Field Service Engineer
HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environment
Ability to communicate effectively with the customer
Full UK drivers License
Strong analysis skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
