SERVED was the fastest growing RTD spirit brand in the UK off trade in 2024 and is now available in 12,000+ distribution points across including Tesco, Morrisons, Co-Op, Ocado, WHSmith and Booker with a number of additional large national listings launching in H1 2025.
The brand is gaining similar traction in the on-trade, with national listings in Greene King, Honest Burgers and many more. The growth trajectory in the on-trade is set to accelerate further with the launch of our draught cocktail solution, which has been developed in collaboration with Heineken, which will roll out nationally in Q1 2025.

The Opportunity
A rare opportunity to join the team as our on-trade channels grow exponentially. Reporting to and working directly alongside the Founders, the brand is looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious National Account Manager to take ownership of our on-trade channels, build long term relationships and deliver category leading growth.
What you’ll be responsible for
* New Business: Working collaboratively with the Founders to develop a focussed new business target list in line with our premium brand equity led strategy.
* Grow Distribution: Unlock new draught and packaged distribution from your target list, taking ownership of every step of the process from prospecting new accounts, to pitching our cocktails, negotiating commercials and ultimately closing the new listing.
* Profitable Growth: Delivering the Company’s key metrics such as volume targets, ROS targets, menu feature, net sales growth and profitability with new and existing accounts.
* Account Management: Develop strong relationships with existing accounts, working closely with them to drive sustainable growth and mutual success.
* ROS Growth: Working alongside our marketing team to deliver brilliant customer activation plans to build brand awareness and drive ROS.
* Wholesale and RTM Growth: Developing strong relationships with new and existing wholesalers partners and working closely with their sales teams to unlock new business with their customers.
* Expertise: Continue to develop your understanding of the cocktail category with a focus on a data driven approach to sales.
* Feedback: Maintain an up-to-date CRM and feedback to the wider sales team to deliver wider on-trade performance.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong personal drive and work ethic.
* Personable and articulate with strong communication skills.
* Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience within a branded and fast-growing, drinks brand, preferably in the on-trade.
* Results oriented and think commercially when winning new business.
* Challenger brand approach and self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
* Positive, enthusiastic and tenacious.
* Down to earth and a willingness to learn and take on many hats in a fast-growing business.
* Extremely organised, with a structured, methodical approach to work. You have the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage both your time and your workload.
* Ability to travel, including our office based in Waterloo.
