Customer Care Representative
Bath, BA2 3DP (Hybrid working: 3 days office, 2 days remote)
* Full time, Monday – Saturday (Saturdays on a rota with day off in lieu)
* Maternity cover - 10 months FTC
* £25,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE + Commission

The Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering excellent service and resolving queries across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries via email, social media, chat, and phone.
* Resolving issues promptly and aiming for first-contact resolution.
* Managing complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Booking installations and guiding customers through the process.
* Renewing contracts and keeping customers informed.
* Problem-solving and improving processes within the team.
* Sharing knowledge with colleagues and updating systems.
