About the Role: You will be instrumental in the establishment and development of the school's SEN provision. You will lead a team of dedicated SEN professionals to provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of needs. You will develop and implement inclusive practices across the school. You will advise and support teaching staff on strategies for meeting the needs of all learners. You will work closely with parents/carers and external agencies. About You: You will have a proven track record of successful SEN leadership. You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
