Job Title: Customer Service Works Planner\n Location: RG1\n Salary: £14.93 per hour\n Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, shifts between 08:00–16:00 and 09:00–17:00\n Duration: 3 months temp ongoing\n\n About the Role:\n Our Maintenance Team is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Works Planner to join our busy Maintenance Office. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer care for our tenants and internal clients.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nManage repair enquiries and process work requests in a fast-paced environment.\nUpdate and maintain database records accurately.\nProduce documents, standard letters, and process work tickets for the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service.\nProvide technical administrative support to all areas of the maintenance team.Requirements:\n\nProven customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or high-volume environment.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills for managing inquiries efficiently.\nProficiency in administrative tasks, including document production and database maintenance.This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service who thrives in a dynamic environment.
