Job Description:
As Head of Asset Strategy and Compliance, you will lead the development and delivery of the asset management strategy, overseeing the asset strategy team to devise, develop and ensure compliance of NPH's annual asset investment programme.
* Develop and deliver asset management strategy
* Lead asset strategy team in devising and developing compliance of NPH's annual asset investment programme
* Collect, record, maintain and analyze all asset management data of NPH stock
* Ensure 'Big 6' compliance and relevant legislation is in place
* Drive performance improvement, service development and asset strategy decisions to ensure NPH's housing meets local demand and provides value for money
* Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
* Knowledge and understanding of the housing sector and building construction
* Experience in formulating asset management strategies and developing investment programmes
* Ability to manage asset management data and track record of developing performance in a strategic and compliance environment
