James George recruitment have partnered with a highly successful and entrepreneurial Business within the Asset Finance industry that is looking to strengthen their Sales Support/Operations team. Your key duty will be to provide administrative support to the External Sales team and suppliers to get deals approved through to activation. Your main duties will include: Entering proposals into their internal system Answering inbound calls in an enterprising manner Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers Communicating with customers to submit a credit story to their funders Liaising with funders to submit and relay customer needs/history Negotiating rates with suppliers and funders Forwarding credit decisions to suppliers and customers Completing and processing required documentation We are looking for someone who has: Advanced rapport-building/partnership skills A professional and confident telephone manner Experience of managing existing business relationships. A Team player work ethic To be considered for the role, you will need to have gained Sales Support/Internal Account Management or Operations experience within the Asset Finance industry.
