Our Digital teams are currently looking to welcome a Sales Professional from a IT/Technology or Digital Sales background
Overview:
The Randstad Digital (RD) Principal Account Manager provides dedicated support of new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and development of strategic initiatives and will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts and will work with the (Executive) Client Partner to ensure communication and strategy with each customer is consistent throughout the organisation. You will take responsibility if there is no (Executive) Client Partner. You are responsible for managing all aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process, so as to maintain and develop sales of the organisation’s services to prospects and customers. This position will have a specific focus on local accounts as well as other customers that will drive an increase in local account acquisition. You are also the subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Client relationship as needed to develop sales – proactively developing and managing new and existing relationships with a diverse client mix
2. Develop a working knowledge of the client’s business and provide customer expertise for others in the organisation
3. Sell client personnel on organisation capabilities and present and promote specific organisation candidates
4. Negotiation of ratings based on RD pricing policy.
5. Guarantee the placement of talent through expert matching and an adapted sales process within a known context within an existing client according to the commercial framework defined by Randstad Digital
6. Intake conversations: align with the client about the approach, tools and communication and do follow up through a work order.
7. Interview potential talents and, in case of positive evaluation, propose job requests and make this attractive for the talent. This also includes bringing talent and the client together.
8. Regular reporting to the client of the current state when it comes to talents and assure a close follow up.
9. (Spontaneously) proposing talents to a client within the shortest frame of time possible and encouraging the client to give timely feedback.
Supervisory/Relationship:
10. Accomplishes results through combined effort of the team. Follows the structure of organisational units or a centralised functional activity.
Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:
11. Responsible for completion of all projects assigned to the team. Help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Follows centralised functional projects.
12. Specific focus on local accounts as well as other customers that will drive an increase in local account acquisition
13. Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to build new business opportunities within targeted accounts
14. Negotiation of existing RD agreements, contracts and/or addendums at existing accounts
15. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by organisation and awareness of the competition regarding market share, pricing, services offered, etc.
16. Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business by initiating and developing strong relationships with companies
17. Market candidates that are looking for positions in your accounts
18. Handle RFP requests that are assigned in the local market
19. Be audit compliant on all contracts by adherence to all contract terms and conditions
Impact:
20. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
Liaison:
21. Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organisational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
22. Capable of developing and managing a relationship with senior management of TOP 25 clients for Randstad Digital.
23. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all local client and vendor management personnel.
24. Coordinate closely with recruitment personnel to ensure coverage of all open job orders.

Positioning Randstad Digital as a Strategic IT partner and identifying new avenues to partner, implement and deliver within the account
