The opportunity
The EV division is a new and crucial addition to the Radius Group. The role of EV Project Manager presents an exciting opportunity within the group. Working closely with the Head of Product & Systems and the Technical Director, you will be managing a wide portfolio of projects, each of varying size, subject & complexity, and for their entire project lifecycle.

What you will be doing:
* Coordinate & gather requirements and implement a range of EV features and processes.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish solutions and requirements.
* Engage with potential and existing customers, promoting our Fuel Card products through inbound and outbound calls.
* Work with the EV development team to add scope & size to those requirements, scheduling, planning, business process development and project delivery.
* Develop and maintain processes and procedures relating to all projects delivered.
* Develop and circulate a weekly activity/progress report for senior key stakeholders.
* Contribute to roadmap planning activities, scoping & scheduling future projects.
* Develop and deliver training for the Business teams taking on new processes.
* Support customers through the sales process, from initial contact to product activation and ongoing relationship management.
* Drive conversations to understand customer requirements and close sales.
* Exceed sales targets and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Company.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
