The role:
Oxford High School is looking for an Admissions Officer to support our busy Admissions team across the school.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual, looking to use their first class organisational and administrative skills to play an important role in the smooth running of the department.
As an integral part of the Admissions team, you will support all aspects of the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, including coordinating and attending our recruitment and admissions events.
This role is about building relationships with prospective parents and pupils and therefore would be ideal for someone with great interpersonal skills. You will be based in our senior school and will also work closely with staff in our prep school.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative is key to success in this role, as is the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to multi-task, communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and work to tight deadlines. Proven experience in office administration and customer service is also required.
