We are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join the Finance team at a leading electric vehicle company, for a part-time role of 16.5 hours per week. Description Key Responsibilities: Regular communication with customers via phone, email, and fax to manage accounts and resolve queries. Posting and allocating cash received to accounts. Raising commercial and ad-hoc invoices. Ensuring customer records and accounts are accurate and up to date. Collecting overdue accounts and resolving issues. Creating new customer accounts in SAP and performing credit checks. Providing documentation for audit purposes. Reconciliation of accounts and managing aged debts. Reporting on overdue debts and helping forecast receipts. Profile What We're Looking For: Experience in credit control. Strong skills in Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to commute to Sherburn-in-Elmet. Desirable: Experience with SAP. Background in a business similar to electric vehicles or renewable energy. Positive, flexible attitude and a strong team player.
