Territory Account Manager
Area – South Wales: Cardiff & Swansea
THE ROLE OF TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER:
As a Territory Account Manager you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners' vape products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores.
* Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics.
* Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products.
* Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches, and closing deals.
* Ensure high levels of customer service.
* Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximise your productivity.
* Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date.
ABOUT YOU:
Essentials:
* A full driving license.
* Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions.
* Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
* Great team player with an outgoing personality.
* Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity.
* Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook).
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Base Salary up to: £32,500.
* Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas.
* £5,000 car allowance.
