We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has excellent account management experience to bring a can-do attitude and deliver sales targets. In return, alongside your remuneration you will receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), an enhanced pension scheme with up to 11% employer contribution and up to six times life assurance.
Role overview:
* Meet monthly sales and gross margin targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
* Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and actively seek new business opportunities.
* Prepare comprehensive account development plans and produce proposals, quotations, and tenders via the appropriate approval channels.
* Act as the main contact for National Account matters, coordinating with relevant departments and owning portfolio reporting.
* Staying informed on market conditions, competitor activities, and managing database integrity while negotiating and implementing price changes.
The Person:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong account management and business development experience.
* Excellent listening, solution selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Commercially aware and able to interpret data, turning it into insight and actions.
* Can demonstrate growth mindset behaviours through strategic thinking and sales execution.
* Good problem solver, capable of managing processes and resolving issues whilst on the move.
