We are recruiting a Chef de Rang (waiter/waitress) to join a team full of energy and passion, where we value your strengths and growth potential. As a Chef de Rang, you assist in delivering excellent service, ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests by taking orders, and understanding their preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions.

* Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional and professional customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
* Team Collaboration: Assist the Restaurant Manager and colleagues in ensuring smooth operations during service, with a focus on delivering a high level of personal attention to each guest.
* Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine, and beverages to confidently answer guest inquiries and make informed recommendations.
* Up-selling: Use your knowledge of the menu and guest preferences to suggest and recommend additional options to enhance the dining experience.
* Training & Development: Receive one-on-one training from experienced managers from day one. You will be coached continuously to hone your skills, with briefings before each service to ensure everyone is aligned with the restaurant’s high standards.
* Adherence to Standards: Maintain and uphold the restaurant’s service standards, consistently delivering an experience that matches the expectations of a 3AA Rosette restaurant.
