Responsibilities
* Review all sales reps calls.
* Daily huddles in the morning for sales reps.
* Conduct 1-1 calls every week with reps.
* Train, coach, and inspire your sales team to ensure they are hitting KPI.
* Actively participate in regular company, department, and manager meetings and trainings to stay ahead and create a culture of teamwork
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly objectives and KPIs
* Track data via google sheets
* Review and feedback.
* Report to the sales director on a daily basis.
Results
* Professional attire and presentation style, including being punctual for 100% of calls and meetings
* Outbound reps are individually hitting 3-5 qualified sets per day.
* Ensure the sales reps are achieving a 20%+ close rate hitting KPIS.
Requirements
* 1+ years of sales experience in a management position and a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales teams targets
* Be a team player. Lead and motivate the team.
* Professional, high-energy, and high-integrity personality that engages customers and builds trust in a fast-paced, competitive environment
* A relentless desire to win that drives you to be better every week
* Exceptional persuasive communication skills that allow excellent customer interactions and cross-departmental collaborations
* Proactive problem-solver who seeks out and implements effective solutions
* Coachable and able to learn quickly to continuously improve performance
* Proficiency in computer and CRM skills.
Expected Compensation
£24,000 salary + Commission
OTE £80,000 - £200,000 Annually
Full time role - 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
