This busy family based in Holland Park, London is looking for a Rota Nanny to help them in looking after their two school-aged children. An ideal candidate will be someone experienced with challenging behaviours associated with special needs. This includes assisting the child with special needs in swimming, potentially involving jumping into the pool with him, and supporting the other twin's love of sports. It is crucial that the nanny has a warm and engaging presence that fosters a positive environment for the children, as they are sensitive to the moods of those around them and thrive in a happy and energetic atmosphere. The family are also looking for someone comfortable with travelling, as they often spend vacations abroad.
They prefer someone who has a native level of English. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: 24/7 shifts, 1 week on and 1 week off, total of 168 hours per week

Duties include:
Implementing individualised care plans
Potentially involving therapies and interventions
Administering medication in pill format
Closely monitoring the child's progress
Diligently recording observations and important details in a daily diary
Ensuring both children's well-being, engaging them in age-appropriate activities that cater to their individual needs and interests
Assisting with the children's wardrobe and facilitating a smooth handover with the other rota nanny
Tidying up after the children
Organising their belongings, and ensuring their play areas are safe and clean
