What’s the job Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to maximise value for the organisation. Multi function collaboration with the Overseas, Made To Order, Quality Control, Design, Supply Chain, & Supply Chain Freight teams. Manage and maintain supplier records to provide essential data to complete Banner’s Scorecard & annual sustainability audit. Participate in sustainability projects, supporting relevant initiatives and ethical sourcing practices. Prepare annual contracts. Assist the Finance team with invoice checking, query suppliers on prices, and collect data necessary for Plastic Tax. Collating data on performance of suppliers. Collaborate with the Buying Director to monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions. You will also Assist with the planning and purchasing of raw materials. Liaise with suppliers on pricing and planning schedules. Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of MTO and Overseas finished goods. Assisting with the MTO and Overseas department. Monitoring supplier performance against agreed KPI’s. Assisting with management of cloth. What attributes do I need Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to work successfully both in a team and as an individual. Demonstrate capabilities to thrive under pressure, multitask, and prioritise work for strict deadlines. Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of sustainability practices and initiatives in the fashion industry. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. What are my hours and working days This is a full-time, permanent role. We work on a 39 hour a week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with no weekend work.
