About Dee Set:
We're a forward-thinking company looking for a driven individual to join our team as an Account Development Specialist. As a key player in our Out of Home channel, you'll be responsible for driving growth and developing strong customer relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to grow our Unilever Ice Cream range in the Out of Home channel.
* Territory manage a cluster of circa 250-300 independent leisure accounts.
* Prospect for new high-profile accounts and develop relationships with existing ones.
* Work closely with relevant departments to build improved business plans and share best practices.
* Collaborate with RTM counterparts to deliver common objectives in account.
* Capture all data accurately and in full via salesforce tool.
* Own and execute KPIs set throughout the year.
* Plan strategically to ensure coverage is achieved monthly.
You'll need:
* SIGNIFICANT working experience in sales environment with track record of growing and developing territory/accounts.
* Development of Joint Business Plans proposals from customer through to manager sign-off.
* Establishment of new and existing customer relationships.
* Able to work both independently and as a team member.
* Good communication and 'people skills'.
* Demonstrable customer-focused attitude.
* Resilience and tenacity.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite, but also able to understand and utilise other sales systems.
