Quattro Plant are looking to recruit part time administrator to work alongside our busy hire desk in our Rochester Depot. The key responsibilities are as follows: Answer a high volume of calls whilst demonstrating a standard of professionalism Support the hire controllers with raising orders and dealing with queries in a timely manner Record all client feedback Keep all filing and administration up to date as directed Handle correspondence, filing and record keeping with a high degree of accuracy Be an ambassador for the Company to visitors Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality and environmental management Ensure the proper use and care of equipment and materials used in the execution of the role Ensure that all requirements relating to the supply of vehicles and equipment to municipal Clients are adhered to Receive and record all enquiries, passing them to the appropriate person in a timely manner Hire desk duties including opening contracts on syrinx, wages/invoicing. Key Skills and Qualifications: High level of attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Fully skilled in basic Microsoft Office Suite Excellent telephone manner Self motivated
